Qiana Collins is the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Global Star Financial. She has over 15 years of experience managing multi-million Dollar budgets, simplifying complex financial procedures, re-engineering business processes, and leading people.

When she is not helping businesses achieve their goals, Qiana is engaging in meaningful, rewarding work that builds strong communities, develops young Black professionals, and mentors youth. Over the years, she has volunteered in leadership capacities with both local and national organizations such as R.O.Y.A.L.T.Y. (Reaching Out Yearly to Appreciate, Lift, and Teach the Youth) based in Alabama and CHARM Outreach and Mentoring Services in her hometown of Chicago. She is also a devoted and active financial member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Qiana holds an MBA in International Business and an MS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also a proud graduate of Lewis University, where she earned a BA degree in Accounting & Management Information Systems.
